The politicians favor the “arrangement” of moderating measures against the historical fears of the majorities cast out of society, and they refrain from tackling integration as a real and possible alternative. For sure, this path has been the fastest for centuries, and so has neutralized the enormous impetus in which the dark skinned played the lead role. It is to be feared that we will reach the limit. Soon enough, it will no longer be enough to extract from the tradition models that, though correct and commendable, are slowing the will to change and actually participate in the mechanisms of political power. It is urgent to better understand society, to generate a more democratic will in the direction of those masses, to raise awareness of issues such as racial discrimination, which is currently not the subject of even a serious scientific study, but capable of generating endless violence. One must overcome the lordly inertia of accepting the land as it is, recognizing the collective rights, and thus creating a true nation that enjoys its diversity.
